The construction of this house was unique. Helen and Don Cook built this house using lumber from a sawmill that Don
dismantled in Kearns. For the outside walls, they stacked the lumber flat, poured tar and ran string between each
layer before nailing the layers together.

Built by both of them while Don was working at one of the mines. They moved away about 1956.
