Lloyd Hart in an email of 5 June, 2006 says: " It's my dad (Doug Hart) that is driving the dozer with the float behind it with the hoist shaft on the float. The person in the picture by the hoist with the checkered jacket, could be George Martin. That float belongs to a truck that was bought to carry the dozer around places to do work for the mine. George drove the truck with the float to get my dad to the sand pit on top of Kearns hill right behind Breen's house by the tracks. "
The woman has been identified as Mary Elizabeth (Simmons) Macklem.
